Participants appreciated the chance to share information about the services available in the Goldfields and to discuss ways to improve services for local Aboriginal people. Aboriginal Network Gathering in the Kimberley

Aboriginal alcohol and other drug workers from the Kimberley and Pilbara met for their first Aboriginal Network Gathering in Broome on 8 and 9 December. The Aboriginal Network began in the Perth metropolitan area in 2007. Now workers in the north of the state can benefit from peer support and shared knowledge.
