Participants appreciated the chance to share information about the services available in the Goldfields and to discuss ways to improve services for local Aboriginal people. Child Care Access Project - New Manuals and Vouchers Available
4 August 2010
The Child Care Access Project has produced a new agency manual and new voucher books. The project assists clients of WANADA member agencies to access child care for the duration of treatment sessions.
The new manual includes information about what clients and agencies need to do to access the project and provides a list of participating child care agencies. -

National Comorbidity Guidelines - Train the Trainer Course
4 August 2010
WANADA in collaboration with the National Drug and Alcohol Research Centre (NDARC) are providing a free two day train the trainer course for the National Comorbidity Guidelines. The course will allow alcohol and other drug workers to pass on their knowledge about the National Comorbidity Guidelines to others working in the sector. Training will take place on Monday 25 and Tuesday 26 October.
