Chief Executive Officer, Jill RundleJill has worked in the AOD sector for over 20 years. Since June 2000 Jill has been the Executive Director of WANADA, contributing to a number of significant developments in the WA AOD sector. Jill is passionate about supporting the non-government/not-for-profit alcohol and other drug (AOD) sector, systemic quality processes, and supporting strategies that promote equitable access to services by marginalised peoples. In 2004 Jill took a six months secondment to the Western Australian Drug and Alcohol Office to develop the WA AOD Sector Quality Framework. In 2008 she took 12 months leave from WANADA, contracted by the Australasian Therapeutic Communities Association to develop a quality process for therapeutic communities in Australia and New Zealand. Jill’s professional training is as an anthropologist, graduating with first class honors from the University of Western Australia with a thesis on women and drug use. |

Aboriginal Services Manager, Wayne FluggeWayne is a Noongar man from the South coast region of Western Australia. He is currently the Aboriginal Services Manager at WANADA. Wayne has worked within the Aboriginal sector both for the Commonwealth, and also for the State. He has worked for Commonwealth agencies such as DETYA, DEST, the Commonwealth Services Deliver Agency, and Centrelink. At Centrelink, Wayne was the Officer in Charge of ABSTUDY in Western Australia, and the ABSTUDY National Policy Advisor. As the Aboriginal Services Manager, Wayne manages the Aboriginal staff and is Manager of various projects such as the WA Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) Sector Quality Framework and the WA Aboriginal AOD Workers Forum Project. He oversees the Quality Framework Peer Review Project and the WANADA/AHCWA Quality Improvement Project. He is also a member of the Alcohol and other Drugs Council of Australia’s Indigenous Working Group. Wayne has travelled extensively across Western Australia in his role at WANADA which has given him great insight into the various issues that relate to rural / remote and Aboriginal AOD issues in all of the different regions. Manager - Sector Development Coordination, Angela CorryAngela has worked as a health care professional in a diversity of clinical and non-clinical roles for more than 20 years, including experience working in both the drug and alcohol and mental health sectors. Angela currently manages a number of WANADA projects aimed at building the capacity of the NGO AOD sector to improve responses for people with both drug and alcohol and mental health concerns, and to enhance holistic approaches to the health and well being of consumers. Finance and Administration Manager, Mary-Louise DaviesMary-Louise has worked as WANADA's Finance and Administration Manager for the last three years. Previous to this, Mary-Louise worked as the National Finance Manager at the Native Title Tribunal. Mary-Louise says she particularly enjoys working with organisations as they grow and develop. Senior Project Officer, Maree StallardMaree joined WANADA in September 2009. Her background is in community services through health and training. Maree has worked in the community in both metro and rural and remote in varying capacities in health care, from nursing to community care. Engagement and Communications Officer, Kim ZiapurKim works part-time on the Stakeholder Engagement Project. Kim has worked in the AOD sector for 17 years in both non-government and government, in research and clinical capacities. Over the last several years, Kim has been involved in projects that have relied on key stakeholder involvement and successful partnerships. Aboriginal Network Project Officer, Tina HaydenTina is a Nyoongar Yorga (woman) born in Beverley and raised and schooled in Brookton. Over the last twenty years, Tina has worked in a number of Aboriginal organisations and for government departments in roles that have included Family & Domestic Violence Counsellor at the Aboriginal Alcohol and Drug Service (AADS) and Co-coordinator of MAAMBA Aboriginal Corporation. Family and connection are important to Tina, who is the youngest of six children and has four cousin brothers and sisters that her parents raised along with foster children. Tina has three children of her own and is a proud nana of four. When she isn't catching up with family over a barbecue, Tina enjoys photography. In her current role at WANADA, Tina will support Aboriginal workers in the alcohol and other drug (AOD) sector throughout WA by providing resources and by organising regular gatherings and professional development opportunities. Communications Officer, Deanne FerrisDeanne is from the south west of WA and came to the city to study and later to work. Deanne has maintained a keen interest in community media and communications since finishing her studies at Murdoch University and has completed a Graduate Diploma in Journalism. She enjoys working with the diversity of people in the alcohol and other drug sector and the challenge of representing the needs, concerns and successes of agencies and consumers to the wider public. Administrative Officer / Executive Assistant, Bronwyn ClaughtonBronwyn has previous experience in the nonprofit sector as Corporate Services Co-ordinator and Event Manager at Youth Focus and has also worked as a Practice Manager for a private psychology and counselling clinic. Bronwyn lived in Albany for many years before moving to Perth and worked in the Great Southern as both a school teacher and as the owner / manager of a computer retail store and Internet Service Provider.
